Ingredients 用料
280g (or 2 cups) | Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉 |
280g (or 1 and 1/2 cup) | Water 水 |
2 tablespoons | Oil 油 |
6 tablespoons | Peanut Powder 花生粉 |
2 tablespoons | Fine Sugar 细白糖 |
Method 做法
1. Place glutinous rice flour and water into breadmaker pan. Set it to cook on Jam mode. At the last 15 minutes, add oil into the pan.
2. Mix peanut powder and fine sugar. (Optional: Add some toasted black sesame seeds)
3. Cut Muachi into bite size. Coat each bite size muachi with peanut powder mixture. Serve.
