Ingredients 用料
30g | Self Raising Flour (sifted) 自发面粉 |
30g | Plain Flour (sifted) 面粉 |
A pinch | Baking Powder 发粉 |
A pinch | Bicarbonate Soda 苏打粉 |
50g | Unsweetened Baking Chocolate 巧克力 |
50ml | Corn Oil 粟米油 |
1 | Egg 鸡蛋 |
45g | Yogurt 乳酸 |
35g | Brown Sugar 黄糖 |
60g | Canned Peach (cut into small cubes) 水蜜桃 |
Method 做法
1. Melt chocolate and oil over low heat.
2. Beat yogurt and sugar till fluffy. Add egg and melted chocolate, and mix well.
3. Sift in plain flour, self raising flour, baking soda and baking powder. Stir well. Pour in diced canned peach, mix well.
4. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
5. Fill 2/3 of baking tin with mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm.
