Ingredients 用料
| 300g | Pork Ribs 猪排骨 |
| 700g | Winter Melon (remove core) 冬瓜 |
| 1.5 tablespoons | Barley 薏米 |
| 2.5 litres | Water 水 |
| 1.5 tablespoons | Barley 薏米 |
| 1 tablespoon | Mainz 茨实 |
| 1 large piece | Chinese Yam 淮山 |
| 1 tablespoon | Dried Longan 桂圆 |
| 1 tablespoon | Sweet Apricot Kernels and Bitter Apricot Kernels 南杏北杏 |
Method 做法
1. Wash the pork ribs. Rinse pork ribs in boiling water. Drain.
2. Boil pork ribs and all ingredients. Reduce to low hear and cook for 3 hours.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
