Ingredients 用料
70g | Glutinous Rice Flour and/or Tapioca Flour 糯米粉参木薯粉 |
1 tablespoon | Sugar 细糖 |
A pinch | Salt 盐 |
2 | Sweet Potato 蕃薯 |
A lot | Oil 油 |
Method 做法
1. De-skin sweet potato, cut into thin slices.
2. Steam sweet potato until soft (~15mins).
3. Mash sweet potato. Add sugar, mix well.
4. Add flour mixture until dough-like. Roll into small ball size.
5. Heat oil. Deep fry sweet potato balls until they float on the surface. Serve.
Optional:
Sprinkle sesame powder on surface.
