150g | Butter 牛油 |
120g | Icing Sugar |
1 | Egg 鸡蛋 |
12 teaspoon | Vanilla Essence 香草香精 |
Ingredients B (Sifted)
200g | Plain Flour 面粉 |
50g | Corn Flour 粟粉 |
Ingredients C
50g | Sunflower Seeds 葵花籽 |
Method 做法
1. Put ingredients A into a cake mixer and beat until creamy. Use a spatula to stir in ingredients B. Form a dough.
2. Divide dough into small balls and put into small paper cups. Arrange sunflower seeds on top.
3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
4. Bake for 16 minutes. Serve.
