50g | Unsalted Butter 无盐份牛油 |
30g | Icing Sugar 糖粉 |
Ingredients B (Sifted)
1 tablespoon | Egg Yolk 鸡蛋黄 |
Ingredients C
60g | Plain Flour 面粉 |
20g | Green Bean Flour (Hung Kee Flour or Mung Bean Flour) 绿豆粉 |
20g | Sugee (Semolina) Flour 苏芝粉 |
20g | Oats 麦片 |
Method 做法
1. Beat ingredients A till well combined. Add ingredients B and mix well.
2. Sift ingredients C in lightly, mix well till become a dough.
3. Roll the dough into 3mm thickness, cut with cookie cutter. Arrange onto a greased tray.
4. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees Celsius.
5. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve.
