Ingredients 用料
4 | Chicken Drumsticks 鸡腿 |
3 tablespoons | Light Soya Sauce 酱清 |
2 tablespoons | Chinese Rice Wine 花雕酒 |
1 tablespoon | Sugar 白糖 |
1 tablespoon | Sesame Oil 麻油 |
1 large thumb size | Ginger (sliced) 姜片 |
Method 做法
1. Rinse chicken drumsticks, drain dry.
2. Season chicken drunmsticks with all the ingredients at least 30 minutes (preferably 2 hours in the refrigerator)
3. Preheat oven to 180 degree Centigrade. Wrap chicken drumsticks, together with the sauce, in aluminium foil. Bake for 35 minutes. Serve.
