Ingredients 用料
250g | Chicken Mid-Wings 鸡中翅 |
5 cloves | Garlic (chopped) 蒜蓉 |
2 tablespoons | Black Bean Paste 黑豆瓣酱 |
1/2 tablespoon | Sambal Chilli 辣椒酱 |
1 tablespoon | Honey 蜂蜜 |
1 tablespoon | Sesame Oil 麻油 |
Method 做法
1. Wash and clean chicken mid-wings.
2. Marinate chicken wings with black bean paste, sambal chilli, honey and sesame oil for 30 minutes (or more).
3. Heat up wok, add 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry garlic till light brown. Add chicken to fry until skins turn light brown. Add half a cup of water. Bring to boil. Lower hit and cover wok with lid. Simmer for 15 minutes (stir in between) or until chicken is cooked. Serve.
