Ingredients 用料
225g | Flour 面粉 |
50g | Butter 牛油 |
1 | Egg Yolk 鸡蛋黄 |
1 small pot | Yogurt 乳酪 |
1 tablespoon | Sugar 白糖 |
1/2 teaspoon | Salt 盐 |
1 teaspoon | Baking Powder |
3 tablespoons | Raisins 葡萄干 |
Method 做法
1. Mix the raisins and yogurt.
2. In a seperate flour bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
3. Rub in the butter to the bowl of flour.
4. Mix the ingredients in step 1 into bowl of flour. Knead into a soft dough.
5. Roll out 2cm thick and cut with a round cutter. Brush with the whisked egg yolk.
6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Serve with butter and jam.
