75g | Raisins 葡萄干 |
110g | Apple (peeled, chopped finely) 苹果块 |
1/2 teaspoon | Vanilla Essence 香草精 |
112g | Self-raising Flour 自发面粉 |
Method 做法
1. Beat butter, vanilla essence and sugar till fluffy. Add egg and mix well.
2. Sift in self-raising flour. Add milk. Mix well. Stir in raisins and apple.
3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
4. Fill 2/3 of muffin paper with mixture.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm.
