Ingredients A
| 75g | Unsalted Butter 无盐份牛油 |
| 10g or 1 teaspoon | Honey 蜂蜜 |
| 20g | Icing Sugar 糖粉 |
| 100g | Pumpkin (Pureed) 南瓜茸 |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Vanilla Essence 香草香精 |
| 1/2 | Egg Yolk 蛋黄 |
| A pinch | Salt 盐 |
| A pinch | Ground Cinnamon 肉桂粉 |
Ingredients B (Sifted)
| 110g | Plain (All Purpose) Flour 面粉 |
| 10g | Milk Powder 奶粉 |
| 25g | Corn Flour 玉米粉 |
| 1.5g | Baking Powder 发粉 |
Method 做法
Note: To puree pumpkin, steam the pumpkin for 30 minutes. Use a spoon to scoop the pumpkin puree.
1. Beat ingredients A till fluffy and light
2. Sift ingredients B in lightly till become a dough.
3. Roll the dough into small balls and place onto a greased tray.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
4. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve.
