50g | Margarine 菜油 |
40g | Caster Sugar 幼糖 |
20g | Milk 鲜奶 |
1 | Egg 鸡蛋 |
65g | Self Raising Flour (Sifted) 自发面粉 |
50g | Pumpkin (De-skinned) 南瓜 |
Optional
A little | Pumpkin Seeds or Sunflower Seeds 南瓜子或瓜子 |
Method 做法
1. De-skin and remove the seeds of the pumpkin. Steam for 10 minutes. Mash the pumpkin.
2. Beat margarine and caster sugar till fluffy.
3. Add egg and beat well.
4. Alternately pour in self raising flour and milk, mix well.
5. Pour in mashed pumpkin and mix well.
6. Pour the mixture into baking mould. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds on top.
7. Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until turn cooked. Serve.
