Ingredients 用料
| 60g | Butter 牛油 |
| 1 | Egg 鸡蛋 |
| 40g | Caster Sugar 幼糖 |
| 25g | Coconut Powder 椰浆粉 |
| 90g | Coconut Milk or Cream 椰浆 |
| 85g | Self Raising Flour (Sifted) 自发面粉 |
| 146g | Pineapple (Canned, chopped) 凤梨 |
Method 做法
1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Stir in coconut powder. Sift in self-raising flour, coconut milk and pineapple. Mix well.
2. Pour the mixture into non-stick baking mould (or greased mould). Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve.
