8 pieces | Chicken Midwings 鸡中翅 |
1 tablespoon | Light Soy Sauce 酱清 |
2 tablespoons | Oyster Sauce 蚝油 |
1 tablespoon | Chinese Cooking Wine 花雕酒 |
1/2 teaspoon | Black Soy Sauce 黑酱油 |
1 tablespoon | Honey 蜂蜜 |
1/2 cup | Water 清水 |
1 tablespoon | Corn Flour 玉米粉 |
3 tablespoons | Cooking Oil 油 |
Method 做法
1. Marinate chicken wings with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, Chinese cooking wine, black soy sauce and honey for 2 hours.
2. Heat oil in wok. Place chicken midwings on corn flour and pan-fry till light brown. Add in remaining marinated sauce and simmer till the chicken wings are cooked. Serve.
