1/2 | Chicken (chopped into big pieces) 鸡块 |
3 tablespoons | Light Soya Sauce 酱清 |
1 tablespoon | Sesame Oil 麻油 |
1 cup (approximately 3 to 5 oranges) | Freshly Squashed Orange Juice 鲜榨橙汁 |
1 | Orange peel (sliced) 橙皮 |
1 tablespoon | Honey 蜂蜜 |
A little | Pepper |
Method 做法
1. Wash and drain chicken. Season chicken with light soya sauce, sesame oil and pepper for 30 minutes.
2. Slice orange skin, try to avoid the white part as it may be bitter.
3. Heat wok with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Pan fry chicken till 50% cooked. Pour orange peels, orange juice and honey into pan. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Serve.
