Ingredients 用料
50g | Butter 牛油 |
35g | Caster Sugar 幼糖 |
1 | Egg 鸡蛋 |
25g | Fresh Orange Juice (with pulp) 鲜橙汁 |
1/2 teaspoon | Orange Essence 橙香精 |
35g | Self Raising Flour 自发面粉 |
45g | High Protein Flour 高筋面粉 |
Method 做法
1. Beat butter and sugar till fluffy. Add egg, beat well.
2. Sift in Self Raising Flour and High Protein Flour, mix well.
3. Add Orange Essence and Orange Juice, mix well.
4. Pour mixture into mould. Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes or until turn golden brown. Serve.
