Ingredients 用料
| 55g | Caster Sugar 细砂糖 |
| 100g | Butter 牛油 |
| 2 | Egg 鸡蛋 |
| 50g (one large orange) | Fresh Orange Juice 鲜橙汁 |
| 1 teaspoon | Orange Essence 橙香精 |
| 66g | Self-Raising Flour 自发面粉 |
| 82g | Cake Flour 高筋面粉 |
| 1/3 teaspoon | Baking Powder 泡打粉 |
| 20ml | Milk 鲜奶 |
| 3 slices | Orange Slices (as toppings) 橙片 |
Method 做法
1. Beat butter and caster sugarin a mixing bowl until mixture turns creamy. Add egg and milk, mix well.
2. Sift in cake flour, self-raising flour and baking powder. Mix well.
3. Pour in fresh orange juice and orange essence, mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into a baking tin. Arrange orange slices on top.
4. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve.
