Ingredients 用料
4 slices | Ham 火腿 |
1 | Japanese Cucumber 日本小黄瓜 |
1 | Young Carrot 红萝卜 |
2 | Eggs 鸡蛋 |
1/2 cup | Sweet Corn 玉米粒 |
2 packs | Plain Instant Noodles 面 |
5 tablespoons | Black Vinegar 工研醋 或 黑醋 |
2 tablespoons | Light Soy Sauce 酱清 |
1/2 tablespoon | Sugar 白糖 |
1/2 tablespoon | Sesame Oil 麻油 |
Method 做法
1. Beat eggs in a bowl, add a little soy sauce and pepper to taste. Fry eggs in wok.
2. Slice eggs into 3cm long slices.
3. Slice carrot, cucumber and ham into 3cm long slices.
4. Mix black vinegar, ligh soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar in a bowl. Leave aside.
5. Cook instant noodles in boiling water. Put in dish.
4. Place sliced eggs, cucumber, ham, carrot and corn over noodles. Pour gravy over noodles. Serve.
