Method 做法
1. Add the lemon juice, fish sauce, lemongrass, tumeric powder, honey, garlic and coconut milk in a big bowl and stir till honey dissolves. Put the chicken drumsticks into the bowl and mix well. Put the mixture into the fridge for 2 hours to marinate the chicken.
2. Preheat the over to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease the baking tray. Put chicken onto tray and bake for 25 minutes. Use left over sauce to glaze the chicken during halfway of cooking.
3. Simmer the remaining sauce to boil. Transfer the baked chicken into a serving dish, pour the remaining sauce onto the chicken. Serve.
