Ingredients 用料
50g | Margarine 菜油 |
40g | Caster Sugar 幼糖 |
1 | Egg 鸡蛋 |
65g | Self Raising Flour 自发面粉 |
1.5 tablespoon | Parmesan Cheese 帕玛森芝士 |
35g | Whipping Cream 鲜奶油 |
1.5 tablespoon | Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed) 新鲜柠檬汁 |
Method 做法
1. Beat margarine and caster sugar till whitened. Add egg and beat well.
2. Slowly stir in sifted self raising flour. Mix parmesan cheese and fold the mixture well.
3. Pour in lemon juice and whipping cream. Mix well.
4. Pour mixture into baking mould. Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes or until turn cooked. Serve.
