Ingredients 用料
1 bowl | Korean Rice Cake 年糕 떡 |
1 bowl | Korean Fisk Cake (if unavailable, use local flat fried fishcake) 韩式鱼饼 어묵 |
1/4 stalk | Cabbage 高丽菜 |
2 tablespoons | Korean Chilli Paste, Kochujang 韩式辣酱 고추장 |
2 stalks | Spring Onions 青葱 |
2 cups | Water 水 |
1.5 tablespoons | Sugar 白糖 |
1 teaspoon | Salt 盐 |
1 tablespoon | Cooking Oil 油 |
1/2 teaspoon | Salt 盐 |
Method 做法
1. Wash and cut spring onions into 1 inch long. Cut cabbage into slices. Cut fish cake into slices.
2. Boil water in frying pan. Add fish cake and cabbage. Bring to boil.
3. Add in Korean Chilli Paste, sugar and salt. Mix well.
4. Add in rice cakes and simmer till sauce becomes thick.
5. Add in spring onions, stir well and serve.
