Ingredients 用料
25g | Melted Butter 牛油 |
35g | Caster Sugar 幼糖 |
1/2 | Egg 鸡蛋 |
75g | Self Raising Flour 自发面粉 |
1 whole | Kiwi (de-skinned and mashed) 奇异果 |
50g | Fresh Milk 鲜奶 |
Method 做法
1. Mix 1 tablespoon of mashed kiwi, milk, melted butter and egg.
2. Pour caster sugar and self-raising flour in and slowly combine the batter.
3. Pour half portion of the mixture into a baking mould. Add remaining kiwi filling onto batter and pour the remaining batter in.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until turn cooked. Serve.
