Ingredients 用料
300g | King Oyster Mushrooms 杏菇 |
1/8 teaspoon | Salt 盐 |
1 teaspoon | Potato Starch 生粉 |
50ml | Water 水 |
80g | Broccoli 西兰花 (Cut into florets) |
1 tablespoon | Evaporated Milk 花奶 |
3 cloves | Garlic 蒜蓉 (Diced) |
1/2 teaspoon | Salt 盐 |
1 teaspoon | Sugar 糖 |
1/2 teaspoon | Potato Starch (Mix with 1 tablespoon of water) 生粉 |
Method 做法
1. Cut oyster mushrooms into slices. Stir in 1/8 teaspoon salt and mix evenly. Add 1 teaspoon potato starch and stir well.
2. Boil broccoli in hot water and dish into serving plate.
3. Heat some oil in wok, fry diced garlic till brown. Stir fry oyster mushrooms. Remove and place on broccoli.
4. Bring water, evaporated milk, salt and sugar to boil. Add potato starch mixture and stir well. Pour gravy onto oyster mushrooms.
