Kimchi Fried Rice Bento 泡菜炒饭盒

Prepare in advance (~5mins)

Ingredients 用料

2 cupsRice 米
SomeWater 水
    1. Cook rice using rice-cooker. Leave to cool, preferable place in fridge overnight.

    Ingredients 用料
    180gPork Fillet 梅猪肉
    2 tablespoonsLight Soya Sauce 酱清
    1 tablespoonSesame Oil 麻油
    1 teaspoonSugar 白糖
    A dashPepper 胡椒粉

    1. Cut pork into slice. Mix all ingredients well. Leave overnight.

    Prepare in the morning (~10mins)

    Ingredients 用料
    4 tablespoonsKimchi 韩国泡菜
    Mushroom 蘑菇
    1Red Onion (Diced) 洋葱
    3 clovesGarlic (Chopped) 蒜末
    2 tablespoonsLight Soya Sauce 酱清
    A dashPepper 胡椒粉

    Methods
    1. Heat up oil in frying wok. 
    2. Fry onions till brown. Add garlic, continue to fry until garlic turns brown.
    3. Add kimchi, fry in medium heat until less soggy.
    4. Turn up heat, add pork and mushroom. Fry until cooked.
    5. Turn down to medium heat, add rice and soya sauce. Mix well. Add pepper before packing/serving.

    Shrimps with Zucchini Pasta

    3人份 Ingredients 用料 150g Pasta 2 tablespoons Olive Oil 橄榄油 12 pieces Medium Prawns 中虾 4 cloves Garlic (sliced) 蒜片 2 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice 柠檬汁 1 Zucchini (cut into thin slices) 西葫芦 A dash Pepper A pinch Salt Method 做法 1. In a large pot of salted water, lightly boil the pasta for about 5 minutes. Drain the water, run over tap water. Set aside. 2.  Remove shells and veins from prawns, marinate with half teaspoon of salt for 15 minutes. 3. Heat wok with olive oil. Fry garlic until light brown. Fry prawns until they turned from gray to white / red, which indicates that they are almost cooked. Add zucchini and fry well. Add some water. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well. 4. Add pasta and stir-fry lightly. Serve.

    Pan-fried Prawns with Avocado Salad

       1人份 Ingredients 用料 1 Avocado 鳄梨 1 bunch Salad Greens 萨拉  8 Prawns (De-shell) 虾 2 tablespoons Olive Oil 橄榄油  1 tablespoon Chilli Powder 辣椒粉 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed) 柠檬汁  1/2 teaspoon Salt 盐  A dash Black Pepper  A dash Thyme 百里香粉 2 tablespoons Olive Oil 橄榄油  Method to Prepare Salad 萨拉做法 1. De-shell and clean the prawns. Add salt to prawns and mix well. Set aside for 15 minutes. 2. In a pan, add some olive oil and heat up. Fry prawns until they turned reddish on both sides. Add chilli powder, thyme, and black pepper. Stir well. Add lemon juice last. 3. Wash and drain salad. 4. Remove avocado shell and seed. Cut into slices. Place on salad. Place prawns on salad. Add remaining olive oil and lemon juice.  Optional: If you have salad dressing, add some for better taste.
