Ingredients 用料
12 | Medium Size Prawns 中虾 |
A bunch | Sweet Basil Leaves 九层塔 |
3 tablespoons | Tomato Sauce 番茄酱 |
2 tablespoons | Chilli Sauce 辣椒酱 |
1 tablespoon | Honey 蜂蜜 |
5 cloves | Garlic 蒜蓉 |
1 tablespoon | Cooking Oil 油 |
1/4 cup | Water 清水 |
1/2 teaspoon | Salt 盐 |
Method 做法
1. Wash prawns with shells. Trim off the sharp edges. Season the prawns with salt.
2. Heat oil in wok. Fry garlic till turns brown. Add prawns to fry. When the prawns are almost cooked (orange-red in colour), add basil leaves, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, honey. Fry till fragrant. Add water slowly and fry. Serve when cooked.
