4 pieces | Chicken Wings 鸡翅 |
1 tablespoon | Light Soy Sauce 酱清 |
2 tablespoons | Oyster Sauce 耗油 |
1 tablespoon | Chinese Wine 花雕酒 |
1 tablespoon | Honey 蜂蜜 |
1 teaspoon | Corn Flour 玉米粉 |
1/2 cup | Water 水 |
Method 做法
1. Marinate chicken wings with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chinese wine and honey for 2 hours.
2. Mix corn flour in water. Mix well with marinated chicken wings and sauce. Pour into baking pan.
3. Preheat over at 220 degrees Celsius. .Bake chicken wings in sauce for 15 minutes. Turn the wings and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve.
