Dough 生面团
5g | Caster Sugar 幼糖 |
30g | All Purpose Flour(Sifted) 面粉 |
30g | Cake Flour(Sifted) 蛋糕面粉 |
1 1/2 tablespoon | Yeast 酵母 |
A pinch | Salt 盐 |
60ml | Water (70 degrees Celsius) 水 |
Fillings 馅料
30g | Ham (Sliced) 火腿 |
30g | Shredded Cheese 乳酪絲 |
2 tablespoons | Canned Pineapples (Cube) 凤梨 |
2 tablespoons | Canned Tomato Paste 番茄酱 |
2 tablespoon | Sugar 白糖 |
Method 做法
1. Add warm water and yeast into a cup. Leave it for 10 minutes.
2. Sift the flour into a big bowl, mix well with salt and sugar.
3. Add yeast water in slowly, knead into a shiny dough. (Tips: the dough should not stick on to the fingers)
4. Roll the dough out flat.
5. Boil tomato paste with some water (depending on the thickness of the paste). Add sugar to taste.
6. Spread tomato paste on dough. Top with ham, tomato and cheese.
7. Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius. Grease baking tray. Place dough on baking tray, bake for 15 minutes of till cooked. Serve.
