Hawaiian Pizza 夏威夷披萨


2 人份Ingredients 用料

Dough 生面团

5gCaster Sugar 幼糖
30gAll Purpose Flour(Sifted) 面粉
30gCake Flour(Sifted) 蛋糕面粉
1 1/2 tablespoonYeast 酵母
A pinchSalt 盐
60mlWater (70 degrees Celsius) 水

Fillings 馅料
30gHam (Sliced) 火腿
30gShredded Cheese 乳酪絲
2 tablespoonsCanned Pineapples (Cube) 凤梨
2 tablespoonsCanned Tomato Paste 番茄酱
2 tablespoonSugar 白糖

Method 做法
1. Add warm water and yeast into a cup. Leave it for 10 minutes.
2. Sift the flour into a big bowl, mix well with salt and sugar.
3. Add yeast water in slowly, knead into a shiny dough. (Tips: the dough should not stick on to the fingers)
4. Roll the dough out flat.
5. Boil tomato paste with some water (depending on the thickness of the paste). Add sugar to taste.
6. Spread tomato paste on dough. Top with ham, tomato and cheese.
7. Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius. Grease baking tray. Place dough on baking tray, bake for 15 minutes of till cooked. Serve.

Shrimps with Zucchini Pasta

3人份 Ingredients 用料 150g Pasta 2 tablespoons Olive Oil 橄榄油 12 pieces Medium Prawns 中虾 4 cloves Garlic (sliced) 蒜片 2 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice 柠檬汁 1 Zucchini (cut into thin slices) 西葫芦 A dash Pepper A pinch Salt Method 做法 1. In a large pot of salted water, lightly boil the pasta for about 5 minutes. Drain the water, run over tap water. Set aside. 2.  Remove shells and veins from prawns, marinate with half teaspoon of salt for 15 minutes. 3. Heat wok with olive oil. Fry garlic until light brown. Fry prawns until they turned from gray to white / red, which indicates that they are almost cooked. Add zucchini and fry well. Add some water. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well. 4. Add pasta and stir-fry lightly. Serve.

Pan-fried Prawns with Avocado Salad

   1人份 Ingredients 用料 1 Avocado 鳄梨 1 bunch Salad Greens 萨拉  8 Prawns (De-shell) 虾 2 tablespoons Olive Oil 橄榄油  1 tablespoon Chilli Powder 辣椒粉 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed) 柠檬汁  1/2 teaspoon Salt 盐  A dash Black Pepper  A dash Thyme 百里香粉 2 tablespoons Olive Oil 橄榄油  Method to Prepare Salad 萨拉做法 1. De-shell and clean the prawns. Add salt to prawns and mix well. Set aside for 15 minutes. 2. In a pan, add some olive oil and heat up. Fry prawns until they turned reddish on both sides. Add chilli powder, thyme, and black pepper. Stir well. Add lemon juice last. 3. Wash and drain salad. 4. Remove avocado shell and seed. Cut into slices. Place on salad. Place prawns on salad. Add remaining olive oil and lemon juice.  Optional: If you have salad dressing, add some for better taste.
