Ingredients 用料
5g | Caster Sugar 幼糖 |
60g | All Purpose Flour(Sifted) 面粉 |
A pinch | Salt 盐 |
60ml | Water (70 degrees Celsius) 水 |
30g | Ham 火腿 |
30g | Shredded Cheese 乳酪絲 |
Method 做法
1. Sift the flour into a big bowl, mix well with salt and sugar.
2. Add warm water in, knead into a shiny dough. (Tips: the dough should not stick on to the fingers)
3. Roll the dough out flat. Wrap the ham and cheese into the centre of the dough, using hands, roll into ball-like shape. Roll the ball out into a flat pancake shape.
4. Heat a flat frying pan with a tablespoon of cooking coil. Fry the dough in medium to low heat until crispy brown. Serve.
