Ingredients
40g | Unsalted Butter 无盐份牛油 |
35g | Brown Sugar 黄糖 |
1/3 tablespoon | Honey 蜂蜜 |
90g | Flour 面粉 |
1/2 teaspoon | Ground Ginger 姜粉 |
Method 做法
1. Beat butter and sugar till fluffy and light. Sift flour and ground ginger. Mix honey and knead into dough.
2. Roll the dough into small balls. Arrange onto a greased tray. (Optional: Use currents for decoration)
3. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. (Note that honey browns faster, hence lower the temperature by 25 to 30 degrees as compared to using sugar in normal cookies).
4. Bake for 10 minutes or until turn brown. Serve.
