Ingredients 用料
75g | Butter 牛油 |
50g | Icing Sugar 糖粉 |
1 | Egg Yolk鸡蛋黄 |
100g | Plain Flour 面粉 |
25g | Corn Flour 粟粉 |
3/4 teaspoon | Cocoa Powder 可可粉 |
2 tablepoons | Chocolate Rice 巧克力米 |
Method 做法
1. Beat butter, icing sugar and egg yolk until creamy.
2. Slowly stir in sifted plain flour, corn flour and cocoa powder. Form a dough.
3. Divide into small balls (approximately 10g) each and put into small paper cups.
4. Sprinkle chocolate ric on top.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until turn cooked. Serve.
