Ingredients A
| 30g | Unsalted Butter 无盐份牛油 |
| 26g | Brown Sugar 褐糖 |
| 1/5 | Egg 鸡蛋 |
| 1/5 teaspoon | Vanilla Essence 香草香精 |
| 3g or 3 teaspoons | Milk 鲜奶 |
| A pinch | Salt 盐 |
Ingredients B (Sifted)
| 50g | Plain (All Purpose) Flour 面粉 |
| 7/5g | Baking Powder 发粉 |
| 2/5g | Baking Soda 小苏打 |
Ingredients C
| 24g | Oat 燕麦 |
| 24g | Chocolate Chips 巧克力粒 |
Method 做法
1. Beat ingredients A till fluffy and light
2. Sift ingredients B in lightly. Mix well with ingredients C.
3. Roll the dough into small balls and place onto a greased tray.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
4. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve.
