Ingredients 用料

125g | Brown Sugar 黄糖 |
1/2 teaspoon | Vanilla Essence 香草香精 |
60g | Corn Oil 粟米油 |
125g | Plain Flour 面粉 |
1/2 teaspoon | Baking Powder |
1/4 teaspoon | Baking Soda |
60g | Pecan Nuts (Chopped and Toasted) 胡桃 |
60g | Raisins (Chopped) 葡萄干 |
125g | Chocolate Chips 巧克力粒 |
Method 做法
1. Beat egg and sugar until the colour of mixture turns pale.
2. Stir in vanilla essence, oil and remaining ingredients. Mix till well combined. Chill in fridge for 1 hour.
3. Roll 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a ball, repeat and arrange on a greased baking tray.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until turn golden brown. Serve.
