50g | Unsalted Butter 无盐份牛油 |
30g | Cream Cheese 奶油芝士 |
20g | Icing Sugar 糖粉 |
1/2 teaspoon | Vanilla Essence 香草香精 |
A pinch | Salt 盐 |
Ingredients B (Sifted)
55g | Plain (All Purpose) Flour 面粉 |
10g | Green Bean Flour (Hung Kee Flour or Mung Bean Flour) 绿豆粉 |
20g | Ground Almond 杏仁粉 |
Glazing
1/2 | Egg 鸡蛋 |
Decoration
40g | Chopped Almond 杏仁碎 |
Method 做法
1. Beat ingredients A till well combined.
2. Sift ingredients B in lightly, mix well till become a dough.
3. Divide the dough into small balls. Coat balls with chopped almond, and glaze with egg. Place onto a greased tray.
4. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees Celsius.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve.
