2/3 teaspoon | Vanilla Essence 香草香精 |

80g | Plain Flour (Sifted) 面粉 |
a pinch | Soda Bicarbonate 小梳打粉 |
35g | Instant Cereal (Quakers) 麦片 |
35g | Raisins 葡萄干 |
Method 做法
1. Cream butter and icing sugar until light and creamy. Use a spatula to stir in vanilla essence and egg slowly.
2. Blend in sifted plain flour and soda bicarbonate, instant cereal and raisins. Mix thoroughly into a dough.
3. Roll a teaspoonful of dough into balls. Arrange in a greased baking tray. Slightly press to flatten the dough.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until turn cooked. Serve.
