400g | Pork Ribs 猪排骨 |
2 | Old Carrot (skinned and cut into large cubes) 红萝卜 |
150g | Celery (sliced) 西芹 |
20 | Red Dates 红枣 |
15g | Gorgon 芡实 |
15g | Wolfberries 枸纪子 |
1 tablespoon | Sea Salt 海盐 |
3 litres | Water 水 |
Method 做法
1. Wash the pork ribs. Rinse pork ribs in boiling water. Drain.
2. Put all ingredients into water. Bring to boil.
3. Reduce to low heat and cook for 4 hours.
