Ingredients 用料
80g | Caster Sugar 细砂糖 |
160g | Butter 牛油 |
2 tablespoon | Yogurt 乳酪 |
2 | Egg Yolks 蛋黄 |
2 | Egg 鸡蛋 |
1 | Mashed Banana 香蕉 |
4 tablespoons | Crushed and Toasted Cashew Nuts 腰豆 |
100g | Self-Raising Flour 自发面粉 |
60g | Plain Flour 面粉 |
1 teaspoon | Baking Powder 发粉 |
1/2 teaspoon | Baking Soda 苏打粉 |
Method 做法
1. Beat butter and caster sugar in a mixing bowl until mixture turns creamy. Add eggs, egg yolks, yogurt and mix well.
2. Add mashed banana and crushed cashew nuts, mix well.
3. Sift in self-raising flour, plain flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well.
4. Line the baking pan with baking paper. Pour mixture into pan.
5. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve.
