Blueberry Pound Cake 藍莓鎊蛋糕



Ingredients 用料

50gMargarine 菜油
30gSugar 白糖
1Egg 鸡蛋
50gFresh Blueberry 蓝莓酱
20mlFresh Milk 鲜奶
65gCake Flour 低筋面粉
2/5 teaspoonBaking Powder
A littleVanilla Essence 香草精

Method 做法
1. Beat margarine and sugar till fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Add all ingredients and stir well.
2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
3. Fill 2/3 of baking tin with mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm.
