Ingredients 用料
50g | Margarine 菜油 |
30g | Sugar 白糖 |
1 | Egg 鸡蛋 |
50g | Fresh Blueberry 蓝莓酱 |
20ml | Fresh Milk 鲜奶 |
65g | Cake Flour 低筋面粉 |
2/5 teaspoon | Baking Powder |
A little | Vanilla Essence 香草精 |
Method 做法
1. Beat margarine and sugar till fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Add all ingredients and stir well.
2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
3. Fill 2/3 of baking tin with mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm.
