Method 做法
1. Boil water. Turn off the heat. Dip chicken into water for 10 minutes. Remove chicken and rinse with water.
2. Put all ingredients into water. Bring to boil.
3. Reduce to low heat and cook for 4 hours. Add sea salt to taste.

10 | Red Dates 红枣 |
2 tablespoons | Wolfberries 枸纪子 |
5 slices | Ginger 姜片 |
50g | Dried Logan 龙眼肉 |
3 litres | Water 水 |
A pinch | Sea Salt 海盐 |
