300g | Pork Ribs 猪排骨 |
1 | Bitter Gourd 苦瓜 |
2 tablespoons | Yellow Beans 黄豆 |
3 tablespoons | Chinese Yam 淮山 |
4 large slices | Salted Vegetables 咸菜 |
2 large slices | Ginger 姜片 |
13 medium pieces | Dried Mushrooms 冬菇 |
2 litres | Water 水 |
Method 做法
1. Soak dried mushrooms in hot water for 3 minutes. Cut away the core.
2. Wash the pork ribs. Rinse pork ribs in boiling water. Drain.
3. De-core bitter gourd, cut into big pieces.
4. Wash all remaining ingredients in water.
5. Boil pork ribs and all ingredients. Reduce to low hear and cook for 3 hours. Serve.
