Ingredients 用料
500g | Beef cubes 牛肉块 |
1 | Radish 白萝卜 |
1 | Potato 马铃薯 |
3 cloves | 八角 |
1 tablespoon | Oil 油 |
1 cup | Water 清水 |
4 tablespoons | Soy Sauce 酱清 |
1 teaspoon | Sugar 白糖 |
1 tablespoon | Oyster Sauce 耗油 |
2 tablespoons | Chinese Wine 花雕酒 |
16 cloves | Garlic 蒜头 |
10g | Ginger (de-skinned, slice) 老姜片 |
2 stalks | Large Red Chilli (remove seeds) 辣椒 |
Method 做法
1. Heat up oil in wok. Stir fry garlic and ginger. When garlic turn light brown, add chilli (optional), and 八角. Fry till fragrant. Add beef cubes to fry for till all sides of beef cubes turn slight brown.
2. Add water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Chinese wine and sugar. Add potato and raddish. Close lid to boil.
3. Lower heat to simmer for 2 hours. Serve.
