3 tablespoons | Brown Sugar 砂糖 |
3 tablespoons | Butter 牛油 |
2 tablespoon | Yogurt 乳酪 |
1/4 cup | Vegetable Oil 油 |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla Extract 香草精 |
2 | Eggs 鸡蛋 |
1 cup | Milk 鲜奶 |
2 1/3 cups | Plain Flour 面粉 |
1 1/2 teaspoons | Baking Powder 发粉 |
1/2 teaspoon | Salt 盐 |
Method 做法
1. Beat butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl until mixture turns creamy. Add yogurt, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, eggs, milk, salt and mix well.
2. Sift in plain flour and baking powder. Mix well.
3. Pipe mixture into doughnut pan.
4. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Tip over leave to cool for 2 minutes. Powder the top of the doughnut with icing sugar (optional). Serve.
