Ingredients 用料
1/2 cup | Sugar 白糖 |
1/2 cup | Melted Butter 牛油 |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla Extract 香草精 |
1/2 teaspoon | Cinnamon Powder 桂皮粉 |
1 | Eggs 鸡蛋 |
1/2 cup | Milk 鲜奶 |
1 cup | Plain Flour 面粉 |
1 teaspoon | Baking Powder 发粉 |
1/2 teaspoon | Baking Soda 苏打粉 |
1/2 teaspoon | Salt 盐 |
2 | Mashed Ripe Bananas 香蕉 |
Method 做法
1. Beat butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until mixture turns creamy. Add vanilla extract, egg, milk, salt and mix well.
2. Sift in plain flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mash riped bananas into mixture, mix well.
3. Pipe mixture into doughnut pan.
4. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Tip over leave to cool for 2 minutes. Powder the top of the doughnut with icing sugar (optional). Serve.
