Ingredients 用料
470g | Chicken Bones 鸡骨 |
5 | Apples (small) 苹果 |
12 | Red Dates 红枣 |
2 tablespoons | Hawthorn 山楂 |
3 pieces | Jews Ears 黑木耳 |
2 litres | Water 水 |
Method 做法
1. Wash the chicken bones, remove skin and fats.
2. De-core the apples. Cut into quarters.
3. Wash all ingredients.
4. Boil chicken bones and all ingredients. Reduce to low hear and cook for 3 hours.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
