300gPork Ribs 猪排骨
250gAsparagus 芦笋
2Carrots 红萝卜
6 piecesFresh Shitake Mushrooms 冬菇
8 piecesRed Dates 红枣
2lWater 水

Method 做法
1. Wash the pork ribs. Rinse pork ribs in boiling water. Drain.
2. Boil pork ribs and all ingredients. Reduce to low hear and cook for 3 hours.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
