Belgian Waffles (2)

  6 pieces Ingredients 用料 120g Plain Flour 面粉 1-1/2 tablespoons Sugar 糖 120g Butter (Melted) 牛油 1/2 cup Milk 鲜奶 1 tablespoon Yogurt 酸奶 2 Large Eggs 鸡蛋 1 teaspoon Baking Powder 发粉 Some Cooking Oil 油 Method 做法 1. Separate egg yolk and egg white into 2 mixing bowl. 2. Beat the egg white until semi-fluffy. Add sugar. Continue to beat until the egg white are foamy. 3. In the egg yolk bowl. add milk, melted butter and yogurt. Mix well. Sift plain flour and baking powder into the bowl. Mix well until no lumps. Add mixture into beaten egg white mixing bowl. Stir in a single direction till the mixture are well blended. 4. Heat up the waffle maker. Pour mixture, close the lid and cook for 4 minutes (or until brown depending on the waffle maker). Serve with butter or syrup. Note:  You will need a waffle maker.

Avocado Toast with Apple Honey Yogurt Salad 鳄梨土司、蜂蜜乳酪苹果萨拉

  1人份 Ingredients for Honey Yogurt Apple Salad 萨拉用料 1 (small)  Apple 苹果 1 stalk Celery 西芹  8 Grapes (seedless) 葡萄 2 tablespoons Yogurt (Greek, unsweetened) 乳酪 1 tablespoon Japanese Mayonnaise 美乃滋 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed) 柠檬汁  1 teaspoon Honey 蜂蜜  1 tablespoon Fresh Milk 鲜奶  1人份 Ingredients for Toast 土司用料 2 slices White Bread 面包  Some Butter 牛油  1 Avocado 鳄梨 A pinch Salt 盐 2  Eggs 鸡蛋 Some Pepper 胡椒粉 Method to Prepare Salad 萨拉做法 1. Wash, de-core and cut apple into small cubes. Soak in salt water for 2 minutes to prevent the apple from turning brown. Drain. Set apple cubes aside. 2. Wash and cut celery into small cubes. Grill Beef 烤牛排

  2人份 Ingredients 用料 300g Striploin Beef Steak 牛排 1/2  Red Onion (chopped) 洋葱  6 cloves Garlic (minced) 蒜蓉 1/2 teaspoon  Salt 盐 1/2 teaspoon  Black Pepper (grounded) 黑胡椒粉 1/2 teaspoon  Paprika 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary 迷迭香 Method 做法 1. Clean the beef steak, use a kitchen towel to dap dry. 2. Marinade beef with red onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary for 10 minutes. 3. Heat up the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grill the steak for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve.

Stir Fry Chicken in Basil and Ginger 九层塔姜片鸡柳

  4人份 Ingredients 用料 250g Chicken Breast Meat 鸡胸肉 1/4 cup Ginger (slice) 姜片 6 cloves Garlic (minced) 蒜蓉 2 packets  Basil Leaves 九层塔 2 tablespoons  Oyster Sauce 耗油 2 tablespoons  Sesame Oil 麻油 A dash Pepper 胡椒粉 2 tablespoons Chinese Cooking Wine 花雕酒 Method 做法 1. Wash and cut the chicken breast meat into thin slices.  2. Marinade the chicken meat with oyster sauce, sesame oil, Chinese cooking wine and a dash of pepper, for 30 minutes (or more). 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in wok. Fry basil leaves and ginger slices until fragrant. Turn to medium heat. Add garlic and fry till light brown.  4. Add chicken meat to fry in high heat. If the chicken turns dry, add some sesame oil. Continue to dry till chicken is cooked. Add a dash of pepper. Serve.

Chicken Wings with Potato 马铃薯鸡翅

4人份 Ingredients 用料 8 pieces Chicken Mid-Wings 鸡中翅 1 Potato 马铃薯 4 tablespoons Light Soya Sauce 酱清 2 tablespoons Dark Soya Sauce 黑酱油 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil 麻油 6 cloves Garlic 蒜 6 slices Ginger 姜片 1 cup Water 水 1 can Coke 可乐 Method 做法 1. Wash potato, remove skin and cut into thin slices. 2. Heat up a tablespoon of sesame oil in a hot pot. Fry garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add potato slices to fry until slightly brown. Add chicken mid-wings to fry until slightly cooked. 3. Add light and dark soya sauce. Add coke and water. Bring to boil for 5 minutes. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Serve.
