2 pieces | Prata Dough 印度煎饼皮 |
4 pieces | Ham 火腿片 |
2 | Eggs 鸡蛋 |
2 tablespoons | Mozzarella Cheese 乳酪 |
4 slices | Cheese 乳酪 |
2 tablespoons | Oil 油 |
Method 做法
1. In a heated wok, heat up the oil. Turn to medium heat.
2. Pour 1 beaten egg into pan. Place prata dough onto egg. When the egg is partially cooked (harden), together with the prata, flip over.
3. Place ham and cheese on the egg. Fold the prata into half. Serve.
