1/2 loaf | Cabbage 包菜 |
1 | Carrot 红萝卜 |
1 | Japanese Cucumber 小黄瓜 |
4 cloves | Garlic 蒜 |
1 | Red Chilli 辣椒 |
1 tablespoon | Salt 盐 |
3 tablespoons | Sugar 糖 |
3 tablespoons | White Vinegar 白醋 |
Method 做法
1. Cut carrot and cucumber into long slices. Peel cabbage into big pieces. Wash and drain water.
2. Put all ingredients in a clean plastic bag. Seal the bag and shake it hard for 1 minute. This will remove water from the vegetables.
3. Serve.
