120g | Celery (remove old veins, cut into slices) 西芹 |
12 | Medium Prawns 中虾 |
1 tablespoon | Salt 盐 |
1 tablespoon | Sesame Oil 麻油 |
2 tablespoon | Sugar 白糖 |
Method 做法
1. Remove shells and veins from prawns, marinate with half tablespoon of salt for 15 minutes.
2. Blanch prawns in hot water. Remove and drain.
3. Blanch celery in hot water. Remove and drain.
4. Mix celery and prawns with seasoning. Keep into refrigerator before serving.
