Ingredients 用料
| 50g | Margarine 菜油 |
| 1 | Egg 鸡蛋 |
| 35g | Caster Sugar 幼糖 |
| 60g | Creamy Corn 奶油玉米 |
| 20g | Milk 鲜奶 |
| 65g | Cake Flour or Low Protein Flour (Sifted) 低筋面粉 |
| 1/3 teapoon | Baking Powder 发粉 |
| 2/3 tablepoon | Coconut Powder 椰浆粉 |
Method 做法
1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Beat till creamy.
2. Pour the mixture into non-stick baking mould (or greased mould). Preheat oven at 170 degree Celsius. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve.
