Sweat Corn Cake 玉米蛋糕

Ingredients 用料

50g	Margarine 菜油
1	Egg 鸡蛋
35g	Caster Sugar 幼糖
60g	Creamy Corn 奶油玉米
20g	Milk 鲜奶
65g	Cake Flour or Low Protein Flour (Sifted) 低筋面粉
1/3 teapoon	Baking Powder 发粉
2/3 tablepoon	Coconut Powder 椰浆粉

Method 做法
1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Beat till creamy.
2. Pour the mixture into non-stick baking mould (or greased mould). Preheat oven at 170 degree Celsius. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve.
