1. Wash the pork ribs. Rinse pork ribs in boiling water. Drain.
2. De-core snow pears and apples, cut into big quarters.
3. Wash dry figs and apricot kernels.
4. Boil pork ribs and all ingredients. Reduce to low hear and cook for 3 hours.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
